Indian Startups are now heading to Silicon Valley to expand their horizon and stay ahead with the competition by investing in innovation. After Snapdeal now Flipkart opens its new office in Palo Alto, California, US. Peeyush Ranjan, Chief Technology Officer at Flipkart tweeted about their new office opening in Palo Alto, California, US on 11 August 2016.
In May, Snapdeal one of the biggest rival of Flipkart had opened its data centres in the US to focus on big data and advanced analytics to provide perspective on their customer initiatives. The move supported was in respect to their business strategy to optmise their operations through data and analytics.
We have lately seen many startups expanding their horizon, InMobi has setup its business in San Francisco in 2013, Zomato, Food tech startup went to the US in 2015. Other Indian startups who has presence in the US include MuSigma, Freshdesk, SirionLabs, Mojo Networks.
